Can astrology give you goosebumps ?

The answer is, Yes!

In this blog I will tell you how and when an astrologer gets goosebumps...and perhaps the querent too.

I have been a student of astrology for few decades now but I stated "practicing" astrology in a formal way only three weeks ago with launch of my astro consultation site astroagnimitra.com post my superannuation from Tata Steel.

In last three weeks I had opportunity of reading some three dozen horoscopes of complete strangers (including sons and daughters of my school friends whom I have never had a chance to meet).

When you do something so regularly even for such short duration with not so many data points, it is not difficult to observe trends and patterns.

Among other predictions, what stood out to me is being able to accurately pin point certain vulnerable or afflicted body parts/organs of a native based on horoscope.

One of the first few readings was with an anxious mother discussing her son's horoscope. I told her about issue with his eyes. It was confirmed that since childhood the boy has had vision issues. However, she told me that all the astrologers she had consulted so far couldn't go beyond eye problem where as her more grave concern was with some other ailments.

I had prepared my notes after studying this horoscope, as I always do before a one on one session to make it more effective and efficient.

I asked the lady to hold on and started reading from my notes about other prominent afflictions including to the brain/nerves, skin and the excretory system of the boy.

Astonished mother confirmed each of these findings ...and I had goosebumps all over!!

I had never seen this 12-13 year old boy ..not even his picture and had very first conversation with his mother.

No medical tests, no scans, no diagnostics was required except for the birth details of the boy to conclude about his medical issues.

I was actually, bit hesitant to mention about piles problem to this boy considering his young age but his chart said so. His mother confirmed that he had to be operated upon for his piles some months ago.

She further confided to me that that his skin problem flares up every now and then such that he had to skip school for days together!

Can Mercury's adverse placement in the chart and malefic afflictions to it really manifest itself like this ..it is no more a doubt in my mind now.

Here is another one - anxious parents consulted me about their daughter's marriage.

While addressing this query, I also observed some problem with her in the neck area.

In the Zoom meeting with the parents, I mentioned this to them and both of them started looking at each other making me bit uncomfortable. I asked them what was the matter and they told that this was one of their concerns too !

The girl had some problem in her neck.

And another one is here -

A father was told about his daughter having some gynaecological issues/ disturbed menstrual cycle which he could not confirm but during session itself came the confirmation from his wife about it.

Also, it was told that in their family some one close had Parkinson's disease (actually this girl will also develop it at a later stage) to which it was confirmed that her grand father had it.

And the last one before closing this blog before it goes on and on ...

My college friend whom I had met perhaps couple of decades ago in college reunion briefly, had consulted me.

After dealing with his specific queries, I asked him about his oral health and he said seven of his teeth have already been extracted with RCS etc.

Next was my enquiry about his legs to which he laughingly said that his knee replacement surgery is due in a month's time !!

Again goosebumps time....

Is it a discovery ? Not at all.

All the knowledge I use in horoscope reading is well documented in ancient astrological texts.

However, it's application and more importantly, selection of appropriate divisional chart ( harmonics of main chart pertaining to specific aspect of life) is crucial.

Many astrologers do not care for this indulgence as it is time taking or may be they have not deep dived into the subject.

I know that astrology has got bad name due to fraudsters posing as astrologers playing on one's fears and extracting money for stones and poojas etc.

However, in my mind I do not have even an iota of doubt about this science and it's efficacy...even though I may not be always correct with my findings.

An astrologer may faulter but not the astrology!

And a good astrologer should quickly identify the gap in his understanding or application of astrological principles whenever his findings are not found correct.
