Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, booking modifications, and refund requests for services provided through astroagnimitra.com (“Website”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a service or making a payment on this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases and payments made on astroagnimitra.com such as:

  • Personalized astrology reports

  • Chart readings

  • Consultation bookings (audio, video, or chat)

  • Compatibility or forecast reports

  • Any digital product or service delivered via email or the Website

Clients need to cancel their bookings at least 48 hours before the session. They can do this by logging in on the website and going to the "My Bookings" section. The refund will be provided within 7 working days. Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of astrological services, we do not offer refunds thereafter under any circumstances, including missed appointments, dissatisfaction with the consultation outcome, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. You may request a session reschedule, subject to the conditions below:

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon based on available time slots.

  • Due to rare, unforeseen situations, we might also need to reschedule from our end. Necessary intimation of the update shall be provided via email and/or SMS.

To request a reschedule, please use the 'My Bookings' section on our website, after logging in.

3. Late or Missed Appointments

  • If you miss a session or join more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be marked as complete. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted in such cases.

  • If we are unable to honour the scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

4. Payment Modes

We accept payments via multiple modes including but not limited to:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

All payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party payment partner: Razorpay. We do not directly store or process any of your payment information on our servers.

5. Service Delivery Timeline

For digital services such as reports or email readings:

  • Delivery timelines we be communicated during the session.

  • In case of delays due to high volume or technical issues, we will notify you via email.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
